1) Can I be of any nationality to learn Spanish from anywhere in the world? Yes, it is enough if you know some English and you have a laptop, tablet or phone and a very good internet connection.
2) Can you teach Spanish from kids to old people? Yes, all ages. I have vast experience with kids, teenagers, and adults. For example, for kids and teenagers, I use more interactive lessons that include games, videos, songs, audiobooks, and other types of materials.
3) How long will it take me to be fluent in Spanish? It depends on your motivation, your abilities, the frequency of classes per week you take, and your dedication to studying Spanish at home.
4) Should I only do the classes with the laptop? No, you can also use your tablet or phone. You need to have a stable internet connection and an email to send you all the information. I usually recommend using a laptop and a tablet as you can see a big screen and you can write easily there if we do exercises.
5) If I don't know how to use any platform such as google meet or zoom, could you explain it to me? Yes, sure!
6) Should I buy a book or material for the classes? There is no need to buy a book or materials, I will give you the material you will need for free! But, if you want to buy a book it is up to you.
7) Will I receive homework after the classes? Yes, sure! So you can apply what you learned in class and progress with your Spanish.
8) What is your availability? I have availability and I am flexible in terms of schedules.
9) When can I start with the classes? As soon as you can and you pay the trial class or any class package.
10) If I buy a class package, do I have to pay all of it in advance? Yes.
11) Do you teach group classes? Yes, I would only recommend it if the students are at the same level.
12) Can I pay you through the "book now/cart" button from your website? Yes or also you can pay me through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
13) Are my payment details safe? Yes, we use a third-party leading payment platform (Stripe) to process credit/debit card payments. Stripe is an extremely safe platform for paying and receiving payments, certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. 14) If I set a class schedule, can I change the schedules later at any time? Yes.
15) Can I stop the lessons (for a while) and then continue? Yes.
16) How can I cancel the lesson? You should cancel 1 day before, but if it is because of an urgent reason you can cancel before the class and this class will not be discounted from the class package.
17) What happens if I forget a class or I'm late? This class will be discounted from the class package.
18) What happens if in the middle of the class my internet connection is bad and I can't do the class? We can reschedule the class and it not will be discounted of the class package.
